Spiel, M.D. , a Board Certified Radiologist, is a member of the World Institute of Pain, and was the first radiologist in the country to become a Diplomat of the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr. Spiel is widely recognized as an expert in numerous treatment modalities and has lectured both throughout the country and abroad. PRESENTATION: 9-Year Retrospective on Intradiscal Biologics Dr. Pettine has recently retired from orthopedic surgery, after 31 years, to concentrate all of his efforts on stem cell research. His mission statement is: “I am passionate to change the practice of orthopedics and spine with Stem Cell therapy”. He is the principal investigator for 18 FDA studies involving non-fusion implants, biologics, and stem cells. He is a pioneer in spinal stem cell therapy. PRESENTATION: The Biochemistry of Exosomes and Cell Signaling Duncan Ross, Ph.D., has been featured in various peer reviewed publications including “Blood and the Biology of Blood.” and “Marrow Transplantation,” in which he discussed the use of various cell types to suppress immunological diseases. Dr. Ross heads Kimera Labs and is a board member of the federal nonprofit research organization the Kimera Society. Dr Ross is an expert in stem cell culture and has developed and patented proprietary methods of stem cell manipulation and licensing using growth factors and nucleic acids. |

PRESENTATION: PRP vs. MSC’s vs. Amniotic Allograft vs. Prolotherapy Dr. Riam Shammaa, MD, is a pioneer scientist in regenerative and translational medicine and holds multiple patents in the field. He conducted the first successful spinal disc repair using stem cells in Canada. He also pioneered non-surgical hip and knee repairs for avascular necrosis using stem cell transplants. White Ph.D. is considered a leading expert in the field of regenerative medicine with 20 years’ experience working with stem cells. Dr. White has published ground-breaking research in the field of regenerative medicine alongside Dr. Joshua Hare, including a book chapter on the use of Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) in Cardiology. In 2015 Dr. White’s work on the regeneration of the heart was featured on the cover of Circulation Research, one of the top peer-reviewed journals for cardiovascular medicine in the world. In 2016 Dr. White was honored with an award for the “Best Manuscript” by the American Heart Association for his work highlighting the role of peripheral nerves in cardiac regeneration. Dr. White has published extensively in the field of stem cell biology, clinical stem cell applications and regenerative medicine. |
